We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Richmond, Indiana. Job Responsibility:
Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring fair treatment across the organization
Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies in alignment with company goals and legal requirements
Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations issues and provide recommendations for resolution
Support performance management processes, including reviewing employee progress and collaborating with leadership on improvement plans
Maintain accurate and confidential HR records to ensure compliance with regulations
Provide HR expertise to guide leaders in decision-making and workforce planning
Actively contribute to initiatives promoting employee engagement and organizational culture
Deliver training sessions on HR policies and best practices to employees and managers
Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and address workforce challenges
Ensure HR practices align with company objectives and support a positive employee experience
Requirements:
Proven experience in employee relations and HR policy implementation
Strong knowledge of human resources administration and performance management
Demonstrated ability to conduct investigations and resolve workplace issues effectively
Familiarity with employment laws and compliance standards
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with employees and leadership
Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Proficiency in HR systems and tools to maintain accurate records
