You will champion our Engineering teams as they continue to expand across European markets. This role isn't just about managing processes; it is about translating business strategy into smart, informed talent decisions that drive performance. You act as the strategic partner to our Engineering leaders, helping them navigate growth while keeping the employee experience front and center. As the glue between the business and the People team, you will empower leaders to make critical decisions based on data and observation. Whether you are designing a new initiative, coaching a manager, or resolving a complex issue, your work directly maximizes outcomes for our Mollies and fuels business performance.
Job Responsibility:
Drive high-impact performance management cycles, including goal setting, calibrations, peer feedback, and growth conversations
Lead strategic talent planning processes, including succession planning, promotions, and talent reviews to ensure we have the right people to scale
Provide expert coaching to engineering leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
Design and maintain competency frameworks that clarify expectations and development paths for our technical teams
Manage complex employee relations cases and investigations with strong judgement to ensure fair and compliant outcomes
Dive into people data to surface insights that help business leaders make better, more informed decisions
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with a deep understanding of what it takes to support teams in a tech environment
A proven background working within international scale-ups, familiar with the pace and complexity of a growing organization
Strong business acumen that allows you to connect HR strategies directly to business objectives and the bigger picture
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and keep them on track independently
Credible judgement and decision-making skills that allow you to build trust quickly and handle sensitive situations
Clear communication skills, enabling you to explain complex ideas and policies concisely to the whole organization
