Job Description:

Our client, a globally recognised, iconic brand, is seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team in Sydney on a 12 month fixed-term contract. This is a true generalist role where you’ll collaborate closely with the Executive team and Senior Leaders, offering expert guidance across all areas of People & Culture. You’ll provide strategic HR support through a mix of day-to-day responsibilities and project work.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with leadership, providing your expertise and consulting across the employee life cycle
Facilitate training sessions and workshops
Guide, coach and support managers throughout the application of HR policies and procedures
Facilitate and manage employee lifecycle activities for your business unit (performance and salary reviews, talent and succession planning, onboarding/offboarding, reward and recognition)
Support with the development and implementation of People & Culture strategies

Requirements:

generalist experience
ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
confidence in having difficult conversations and managing employee relations
strong consulting and relationship-building skills
