You will champion our Engineering teams as they continue to expand across European markets. This role isn't just about managing processes; it is about translating business strategy into smart, informed talent decisions that drive performance. You act as the strategic partner to our Engineering leaders, helping them navigate growth while keeping the employee experience front and center.
Job Responsibility:
Drive high-impact performance management cycles
Lead strategic talent planning processes
Provide expert coaching to engineering leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
Design and maintain competency frameworks
Manage complex employee relations cases and investigations
Dive into people data to surface insights
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
A deep understanding of what it takes to support teams in a tech environment
A proven background working within international scale-ups
