Job Responsibility:
Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions and concerns, building trusted relationships across all levels
Run regular 1:1 check-ins with new joiners to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and gather actionable feedback
Proactively collect, analyze, and act on employee feedback to improve engagement and retention
Provide hands-on support to managers on employee relations, performance issues, development plans, and team dynamics
Continuously assess and enhance HR practices to surpass industry standards
Collaborate on the development and implementation of HR policies that reinforce and advance our company culture
Support and contribute to the performance management system, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback
Assist in internal events and initiatives that strengthen team connection and morale
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
3+ years of experience in human resources management in a high-performance environment
Good knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well in a dynamic setting
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management skills
Excellent writing skills and fluency in English
