Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast‑paced or complex environment
Strong ER expertise with confidence managing sensitive and complex cases
Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence at senior levels
Ability to use people analytics to inform decisions
Thorough knowledge of UK employment law
Experience of managing TUPE transfers
Willingness to travel as we are a multi site organisation
Nice to have:
CIPD Level 5 (or above) or equivalent
Experience in regulated, multi‑site, or high‑growth organisations
