Job Responsibility
Ensuring a full cycle of work with key employees: managing onboarding, retention, and development (regular 1-on-1 feedback collection, adherence to unified management rhythm)
Early risk detection for employees: identifying signs of declining performance, reduced work activity, and potential turnover before the situation becomes irreversible
Targeted work with employees in non-standard situations: conflict resolution, restoring work rhythm, providing support when circumstances begin to affect results
Collecting and analyzing information on the operational climate within departments, forming an objective view of the situation, and delivering data to management without distortion or interpretation
Acting as a buffer in communications between employees and management when direct interaction is difficult or creates additional losses
Collaborating with the CEO to identify critically important employees and develop specific retention measures
Identifying systemic issues at an early stage, before they escalate into a crisis, and escalating them to the appropriate decision-making level
