Job Responsibility:
Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies
Lead HR programs and initiatives, including performance management, engagement, workforce planning, and change projects
Provide expert guidance on complex HR and employee relations matters
Analyse HR metrics to recommend solutions
Support talent management, including recruitment, promotions, and transfers
Contribute to strategic HR projects and initiatives
Mentor and support HR team members, building capability and confidence
Requirements:
HR Business Partner experience in fast paced organisations
Deep knowledge of Australian employment law and compliance
Experienced in complex employee relations and HRIS systems
