Job Responsibility:
Build credibility as a Subject Matter Expert and trusted Business Partner within our Global People Operations organization
Develop a reputation of operational excellence and as a creative problem-solver who delivers innovative solutions without significant resource allocation
Demonstrate an ability to be proactive, hands-on, and balance the demands across a fast-paced globally diverse organization
Leverage data to inspect and assess the health of your organization, providing leaders insights and guidance on key talent priorities
Build and foster strong relationships with employees, ensuring clear channels for questions, concerns, and escalations
Identify gaps across the talent lifecycle, design and execute high-quality solutions to close them
Collaborate and partner to drive the execution of new People Operations programs, simplify and scale global processes, and align on global talent priorities
Coach and develop front-line managers to drive high performing teams
Manage employee relations initiatives with a focus on performance management, conflict resolution, and policy compliance, fostering a fair and supportive workplace culture
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
5+ years human resources experience with a minimum of 3 years of HRBP or related experience
Experience in high-growth, fast-paced organizations operating on a global scale
Prior experience supporting Sales and R&D teams
Keen desire to learn about the business and its operations with a track record of continuous learning and intellectual curiosity
Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to work autonomously and think independently
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and root-cause analysis skills
Proven ability to build trust with leaders and managers at all levels of the organization
Ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and constantly changing priorities
Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools, coupled with strong communication and influence skills
