The HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership and staff within the organization, supporting and implementing human resources strategies that align with the organization’s mission and values. The HRBP works with line managers to understand and prioritise critical skills and talent that are necessary for the future. The individual maps the manpower and talent pool to meet immediate and future needs.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and challenges, providing insights and HR solutions to support the achievement of the organization’s objectives
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and department heads, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives, helping to shape a positive and sustainable workplace culture that aligns with the mission
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that promote staff satisfaction, well-being, and productivity
Conduct regular employee surveys and focus groups to assess morale, identify concerns, and propose actionable solutions
Lead initiatives to improve retention, especially focusing on maintaining a strong, mission-driven workforce
Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring that the organization attracts top talent, particularly individuals who are passionate about the sector and the organization's mission
Work closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and build diverse candidate pipelines
Lead onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration for new hires, ensuring they understand organizational culture and values
Support the development and execution of employee training and professional development programs
Support managers in setting clear, measurable goals for staff and monitor performance to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
Provide coaching and feedback to employees and managers to enhance performance and drive accountability
Support performance review processes, including setting performance improvement plans and ensuring fair and consistent evaluations
Track and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and diversity statistics, to inform strategic decision-making
Provide regular reports to leadership on HR performance and areas for improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 6 years of relevant HR experience
Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Committed and can-do attitude
Have a curious mind and stay abreast of emerging trends and developments
