Job Responsibility:
Strategic Execution: translate business visions into concrete action plans for employee development with a 12-15 month perspective
Change Facilitation: guide leaders safely through organizational adjustments
Data-driven Advisory: use analysis of employee data to identify trends and provide qualified advice
Coaching and Sparring: challenge and support leaders in their daily HR management
Culture and Retention: drive initiatives that strengthen internal cohesion
Requirements:
5-10 years of broad HR experience
At least 2-3 years as an HR partner in a large, international matrix organization
Documented experience operating across borders and navigating complex global reporting lines
Solid knowledge of major HR IT systems
Fluent English speaking and writing
Nice to have:
Previous experience in HR leadership
Knowledge of industries characterized by rapid scaling and technical complexity
Experience driving cross-functional HR projects in an international context
