We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Mesa, Arizona, and contribute to fostering a positive and productive work environment. As a key member of the HR team, you will work closely with leadership to support workforce development and drive organizational success.
Job Responsibility:
Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a culture of collaboration
Administer HR functions, including maintaining records, ensuring policy compliance, and overseeing daily operations
Develop and implement comprehensive benefits programs to support employee well-being and satisfaction
Utilize HRIS systems to track employee data, generate reports, and streamline HR processes
Lead onboarding initiatives to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization
Collaborate with management to assess workforce needs and support talent development strategies
Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
Support organizational change initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity
Requirements:
Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
Strong knowledge of HR administration and compliance standards
Expertise in benefits management and program development
Proficiency with HRIS systems and data management
