Job Responsibility:
Talent Acquisition & Development: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for specialized roles and design robust development paths to nurture future leaders
Learning & Training: Identify skills gaps across different departments and implement targeted training programs to enhance operational excellence and safety
Performance Management: Drive the annual performance cycle, ensuring that KPIs are meaningful and that a culture of continuous feedback is embedded at every level
Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, fostering a positive work environment and managing labor relations within our production units
Comp & Ben Strategy: Contribute to the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits frameworks that attract and retain top talent in a demanding industry
Operational Partnership: Work closely with Factory Managers and Commercial Leaders to align HR initiatives with production cycles and business targets
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP role
University/college degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent knowledge on the Greek and English language
Nice to have:
Ability to switch seamlessly between a corporate office mindset and the practical needs of a production plant
