As a HR Business Partner you will play a key role in this HR team and build strong relationships across the business. Reporting to the General Manager of People & Culture, you will provide HR support to your client group and the executive teams to achieve its corporate objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Partner and Manage Key Stakeholder Expectations
Broad HR Generalist skill set required including ER, Performance Management / Learning and Development
Employment Relations and Legislation
Provide strategic advice, supporting the full employee lifecycle
HR Projects
Build & maintain relationships
Drive projects and guide managers through best practice/HR modernisation
Requirements:
5 years experience
Bachelors Degree
Excellent knowledge in a range of HR disciplines
Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
Strong organisational capability
Ability to think strategically with high level of conceptual, innovative, analytical and problem solving skills
Strong experience in handling ER cases
Previous experience working across blue collar industries is ideal
