Job Description:

HR Partners is delighted to announce its exclusive collaboration with a renowned non-profit global health research organisation. We are currently seeking a committed HR Business Partner to join their team in Sydney CBD. This is a 12 month contract position with an immediate start.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the complete employee life cycle for your own client group including on boarding, performance and learning & development
Work on Employee Relations, handle performance and WHS cases
Support recruitment efforts in collaboration with the HR Assistant
Lead key HR projects including wellbeing, benefits and L&D
Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and help in the development of leadership capabilities

Requirements:

Experience within a similar role and environment
Capability to work independently within a team-oriented environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
