Job Description:

An organization with a growing presence in the APAC EME region is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support its regional expansion. This role is ideal for HR professionals who enjoy working closely with stakeholders and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to design and implement people strategies focused on talent development, engagement, and retention.

Job Responsibility:

Offer strategic HR guidance and coaching to business leaders
Partner with COEs to execute HR programs and initiatives
Address employee relations issues with fairness and compliance
Support the implementation of HR projects that drive organizational effectiveness and engagement

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field
10–12 years of experience in HR Business Partnering roles within large or complex organizations
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence effectively
Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments, particularly with operational or technical teams
Background in HR transformation or change initiatives is a plus
Open to being based at a remote site location (Perak, Malaysia)
