We are now seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our SNHA – A Woolpert Company team, based in London. You will provide operational HR support to managers and employees, acting as a trusted advisor to our leadership teams on day‑to‑day people matters. The HRBP manages all aspects of the employee lifecycle, supports talent and workforce processes, and applies HR knowledge and insights to improve ways of working and ensure consistent, high‑quality HR delivery.
Job Responsibility:
Provide guidance to managers on HR policies, people matters, and organizational development
Support the delivery of HR strategies aligned to business goals
Act as a trusted advisor on employment law, HR best practice, and organizational change
Partner with leaders to drive a high‑performance culture, supporting consistent, fair, and equitable people practices
Lead on complex employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary processes, and performance improvement
Promote an inclusive and engaging workplace culture, supporting initiatives that enhance employee experience and retention
Ensure consistent application and adherence to company policies across the business
Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development to build a strong leadership and skills pipeline
Lead or contribute to talent management activities, ensuring strong alignment to business needs
Assist in the development and coordinate training and development programmes to enhance capability across the organization
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding
Partner with managers and the wider HR team on reward, compensation strategies, central administration procedures, GDPR compliance, harmonization, HR reporting, and business continuity planning
Oversee compensation and benefits practices to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market and organizational strategy
Analyze HR metrics and people's trends to inform decision‑making and identify opportunities for improvement
Lead and support HR projects, including change initiatives and organizational development programmes
Stay updated on evolving employment legislation and HR trends to ensure policies and practices remain compliant and effective
Drive continuous improvement across HR processes, systems, and ways of working
Requirements:
Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent level HR role
Strong employee relations experience with the ability to handle complex and sensitive matters confidently
In‑depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements
CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience)
Demonstrated ability to solve problems, make sound decisions, and influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience leading HR projects and supporting change initiatives
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally
A strong understanding of the importance of Inclusion & Diversity, with the ability to embed inclusive practices within HR and the wider business
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, adaptability, and innovation
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
