This role will serve as an advisor to the business, with a focus on employee relations and coaching, as well as providing strategic HR support.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as an HR thought partner to company leadership, leveraging data to make informed decisions
Partner with managers on coaching, counseling, and managing employee relations issues/investigations
Lead talent management and succession planning efforts with company leadership
Oversee annual performance review process, including promotions & addressing any performance issues
In collaboration with the broader HR team, help develop programming that supports employee engagement, belonging, retention and a positive workplace culture
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3+ years working in an HRBP capacity
