Job Description:

The HR Business Partner position is responsible for providing core HR support to business leaders and their teams, serving as a trusted advisor with emphasis on career growth, employee development, compensation and benefits, performance and engagement across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

Strategic partnership and workforce planning
Performance management and talent development
Employee relations and policy guidance
HR operations and compliance
Change management and scalability initiatives

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience as an HRBP or similar role
SaaS industry experience required
HRBP experience supporting SaaS GTM teams is highly preferred
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation, organizational design, employee relations, performance management, and federal and state employment laws
Experience in a high-growth, remote-first tech startup environment
Bachelor's degree required
Experience with Google Workspace, Rippling HRIS, and Lattice strongly preferred

Nice to have:

Advanced degree
Experience supporting cross-functional teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product Development
