We are looking for a motivated HR Business Partner to join our team. Job Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day HR operations, including administrative tasks, documentation, and data entry
Maintain and audit employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance
Assist with system updates and transactions in HR platforms such as Workday
Collaborate in drafting and revising HR policies and procedures
Support employee relations activities by documenting investigations and coordinating follow-ups
Conduct and assist with exit interviews, ensuring termination processes are completed efficiently
Contribute to HR projects focused on engagement, performance management, and process improvement
Prepare training materials and presentations for HR initiatives
Gather and analyze HR data to generate reports that support decision-making
Assist in developing and updating job descriptions to align with organizational needs
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, HR operations, or administrative roles
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Experience with HR systems such as Workday is highly desirable
Demonstrated interest in pursuing a long-term career in human resources
