For our Client, a well-known company within the industrial sector, we are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner. This role is designed for a specialist who thrives on independence. You will be responsible for shaping HR processes and policies for the Polish operations, which are a vital part of a thriving international holding. In this position, you will work closely with the local Managing Director to drive business results, while maintaining a functional reporting line to the HR Manager in the Netherlands. This is a unique opportunity to combine local impact with an international perspective.
Job Responsibility:
lead and manage recruitment processes for various positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience
develop and implement HR projects, including the creation of a job evaluation system and a transparent salary structure for the Polish entity
advise management on HR best practices and compliance with local labor laws
support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to building a positive workplace culture
maintain accurate HR records and ensure transparency in compensation and benefits
manage employment contracts and ensure legal compliance with any HR activities and policies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR and proven experience as an HR professional, preferably in an international organization
fluent in both Polish and English (written and spoken)
working knowledge of HR operations including new-hire on-boarding, facilitating performance evaluation, and data consolidation /management of employee workload balance
strong knowledge of Polish labor law and HR regulations
ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
excellent communication and organizational skills
