We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our People Team, based in Paris and supporting our properties across France, reporting into our European Head of People in Dublin. Job Responsibility:
Act as a trusted people advisor to the Regional Operations Director, elevating the employee experience across the entire lifecycle and advising on SCG rhythm of business, values, culture, leadership team dynamics, and organisational effectiveness
Partner with General Managers and their leadership teams to build engaged, high‑performing teams through coaching, development planning, and targeted interventions
Work closely with our in‑house recruitment team to hire exceptional talent
Collaborate with the L&D Manager to identify training needs, coaching opportunities, and development pathways across teams
Ensure all HR policies, documents, guides, and contracts are legally compliant and reflect local best practice
Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations matters, enabling leaders to make fair, compliant, and values‑aligned decisions
Contribute to strategic People projects including DEI, engagement, government directives, and culture initiatives
Requirements:
7–10 years’ total experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager supporting and coaching leaders
Proven ability to solve complex problems, coach managers, and influence decisions using data and insight
Comfort working autonomously in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments with kindness, clarity, and resilience
Strong ability to challenge the status quo and bring forward‑looking, innovative solutions
Extensive knowledge of French employment law and compliance requirements
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and drive alignment at all levels
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
HR certification preferred
High pace, strong follow‑through, and a love for working in multi- site environment
