We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. In this role, you will provide strategic HR support and ensure alignment with organizational goals while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Job Responsibility:
Support Sales Representatives Transition Program: paperwork behind the process in templates
Coordinate with internal partners on eligibility
Ensure leaders receive required documents on time
Track returned documents from sales reps
Process separations
Review performance documents submitted by leaders to ensure compliance
Provide guidance, suggestions, and insights as needed
Develop materials for bi‑weekly and monthly regional meetings
Incorporate updates on upcoming HR topics for communication
Track progress for annual performance reviews and engagement surveys
Provide updates to HRBP for regional meetings
Respond to unemployment-related questions received from HRT
Evaluate promotion recommendations
Confirm alignment with established guidelines
Prepare various ad hoc and recurring reports as needed
Address routine tactical needs
Entering Help tickets for employees and leaders when appropriate
Monitor leave-of-absence issues
Ensure timely follow‑up so managers receive appropriate guidance
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of detail-oriented experience in human resources, including employee relations
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
Proven expertise in conducting employee relations investigations and resolving workplace issues
Proficiency in using HR systems, particularly Workday, for data management and reporting
Demonstrated ability to manage performance management processes effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise at all levels
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for handling sensitive employee matters
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
