We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align our human resources initiatives with BharathCloud’s business objectives. The HRBP will collaborate with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure that HR strategies support the company’s growth and success.
Job Responsibility:
Strategic HR Alignment: Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive organizational performance
Talent Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, support recruitment efforts, and ensure the acquisition of top talent
Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, addressing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment
Performance Management: Support the performance management process by providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and development plans to enhance employee productivity and engagement
Learning & Development: Identify training needs and work with the L&D team to design and implement programs that enhance employee skills and career growth
Organizational Development: Lead change management initiatives, support organizational restructuring, and assist in workforce planning to ensure business agility and efficiency
Compensation & Benefits: Collaborate with compensation teams to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain
HR Analytics: Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights into workforce trends and inform decision-making
Compliance & Policy: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR business partner or similar role
Proven ability to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational change
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and data to inform decisions
Nice to have:
Experience working in a cloud services or technology-driven environment is a plus
