We’re looking for an HR Business Partner / People Partner to help shape how our teams grow, perform, and thrive across the organization. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll balance strategic partnership with practical execution—working closely with leaders to align people initiatives with business goals, strengthen leadership capability, and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture in a fast-moving, global environment. You will report to our Chief People Officer and be part of our People & Culture team of five, working in close collaboration with our central People & Culture services function, which provides strong operational and specialist support.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the dedicated People Partner for our commercial department, participating as a member of its leadership team
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our CRO and other commercial business leaders, on people, performance, and organizational topics
  • Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational design
  • Advice and support leaders with people and performance processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Lead and support recruitment and people growth initiatives within the commercial department
  • Gather insights on team-specific needs, challenges, and opportunities, and translate them into effective people initiatives
  • Support change management efforts through clear communication and capability-building initiatives
  • Implement people and culture initiatives for the commercial department, ensuring alignment with company-wide priorities
  • Act as a bridge between the commercial department and central People & Culture services, ensuring alignment and effective execution

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Business Partner / People Partner, ideally in an international organization
  • Strong knowledge of Norwegian labor laws and employment practices
  • Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language
  • A business-relevant degree in HR, leadership, psychology, or a related field
  • A pragmatic, people-first mindset with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution
