Job Responsibility:
Partner with leaders to understand workforce priorities and deliver aligned people initiatives
Lead on a wide range of employee relations matters including attendance, conduct, performance, capability, and grievances
Coach and support managers to strengthen people‑management capability
Support the development and delivery of talent, performance, and succession planning initiatives
Provide guidance on organisational change, restructuring, and best practice
Use HR data to identify trends, drive action, and support decision‑making
Review and develop policies, processes, and HR documentation
Contribute to HR improvement projects and help drive positive cultural development
Requirements:
5+ years' experience in a similar HR role
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification
Strong background in complex, high‑volume employee relations casework, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
Confident in promoting best practice, delivering change, and improving HR processes
Up to date knowledge of employment law
Highly organised, deadline‑driven, and self‑motivated
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
Able to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team

Strong customer service skills with a meticulous approach to detail
