Job Description:

HR Business Partner position at IKEA Burlington store focusing on implementing business and people plans, talent management, and safeguarding IKEA culture and values

Job Responsibility:

Be the trusted advisor to line managers to implement the unit business and people plans
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency in application of all people processes
Enable inclusive talent management and continuous development of local leadership capabilities
Support people aspects related to Transformation in the unit
Be the guardian of the IKEA Culture & Values in the unit

Requirements:

University degree and 3 years of related experience
Minimum 7 years of related experience
