Job Description

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team supporting our Jaguar Land Rover division covering a national remit. As the 4th largest Motor retailer in the UK with over 193 retail sales outlets UK wide, this vacancy represents a superb opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our highly commercial and agile HR team working within a large growing PLC.

Job Responsibility

  • Work closely with the Divisional Leadership Team and supported by the Head of Human Resources to drive the delivery of the Groups HR strategy within the Jaguar Land Rover division
  • Provide advice that is risk based and commercially focused to ensure you facilitate transformational and organisational change throughout your division
  • Manage business acquisitions, TUPE transfers, remunerations schemes, colleague stability, harmonisation exercises, talent development, colleague engagement and change management projects on a regular basis
  • Undertake notable business travel in order to effectively influence management and guide and support the dealership management teams in all people related matters

Requirements

  • CIPD qualified (or working towards)
  • Strong foundation in Employee Relations
  • IT Literacy including Microsoft packages
  • Numeracy and Literacy Skills
  • Attention to Detail and Accuracy
  • Require strong planning and organising skills
  • A valid UK driving license

Nice to have

  • Experience delivering a wide range of HR advice and support
  • Experience of coaching managers through change on a regular basis
