You play a key role in translating business strategy into strong, future‑proof people solutions. With a sharp eye for data, relationships, and organisational dynamics, you help leaders make better decisions for their teams and the business.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a strategic HR partner to management teams across the business
Identify people‑related challenges and translate them into clear HR policies, plans, and actions
Coach and support line managers in strengthening their leadership and HR ownership
Analyse HR data (e.g. absenteeism, inflow/outflow, workforce metrics) and turn insights into action
Lead and deliver HR projects such as succession planning, learning & development, organisational change, employer branding, and wellbeing
Contribute to the development and implementation of central HR policies and tools
Stay on top of internal and external HR trends and translate them into practical solutions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (HBO+) and solid knowledge of the HR discipline
Around 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR advisory role
Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence in advising leaders
Analytical mindset combined with pragmatism and empathy
Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a strong advantage)
Comfortable working in a dynamic, business‑driven environment
