Job Responsibility

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to management teams across the business
  • Identify people‑related challenges and translate them into clear HR policies, plans, and actions
  • Coach and support line managers in strengthening their leadership and HR ownership
  • Analyse HR data (e.g. absenteeism, inflow/outflow, workforce metrics) and turn insights into action
  • Lead and deliver HR projects such as succession planning, learning & development, organisational change, employer branding, and wellbeing
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of central HR policies and tools
  • Stay on top of internal and external HR trends and translate them into practical solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (HBO+) and solid knowledge of the HR discipline
  • Around 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR advisory role
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence in advising leaders
  • Analytical mindset combined with pragmatism and empathy
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a strong advantage)
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, business‑driven environment
