Human Excellence is one of the key pillars of the Boskalis Corporate Business Plan, and as an HR Business Partner at our Abu Dhabi office, you will have the opportunity to make your mark by championing this vision. Through strong HR business partnership, you will support both our existing teams and the new ones we are adding as part of our continued growth. We are establishing a dynamic and future‑focused organization in Abu Dhabi to support our business and projects worldwide, aiming to grow to around 500 employees by the end of 2027, with continued expansion well into the years ahead. As HR Business Partner you will be responsible for serving as an HR business partner, driving human excellence programs that support the development of the organization and people. You will play a key role in fostering corporate values, strengthening our workplace culture, and enabling our people to perform at their best.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with (senior) management and designated departments to provide proactive HR advice and support, aligning people solutions with business objectives and organizational priorities
Managing and executing HR processes: recruitment, salary reviews, staff planning, performance appraisals, talent management and succession planning
Coach and support employees on a wide range of HR topics to enhance engagement, development, and performance
Drive and support organizational change initiatives by providing HR guidance, facilitating change management processes, and ensuring smooth transitions for employees and teams
Lead allocated HR programs and projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
Ensure compliance with local laws, labor legislation, and internal policies and procedures
Oversee accurate administration of employee data and ensure clear and timely HR-related communication with employees

Requirements:

Proven experience as HR business partner in an international company
People oriented attitude
Knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices
Proactive and outspoken personality
Hands-on approach paired with the ability to contribute towards HR strategy
