Job Description:

The HR Business Partner supports and updates the assigned functions or locations on all employee relations matters, participates in project teams to develop and implement new HR programs, revises and completes new job descriptions, ensures compliance with employment legislation, and acts as a single point of contact for employees and managers.

Job Responsibility:

Supports and updates the assigned functions or locations on all employee relations matters
Participates on project teams to develop and implement new HR programs
Revises and completes new job descriptions and assists managers with department restructuring
Ensures compliance with employment legislation and handles any claims brought by employees
Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers and provides advice and support on a wide range of strategic and operational Human Resources issues in the business unit
Reviews and completes HR Change notices and unemployment claims

Requirements:
