We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Pasadena, Texas. This Contract to permanent position requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in employee relations, HR policies, and performance management. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive relationships within the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
Manage workers' compensation claims and coordinate payroll and leave processes
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement effective performance management strategies
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation
Support organizational goals by aligning HR practices with business needs
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing inquiries and concerns
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote employee development
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or a related field
Proficiency in managing employee relations and conducting investigations
Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Familiarity with workers' compensation, payroll, and leave administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Proven experience in performance management and employee development
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
