True HR generalist role with a strong operational focus, combined with the opportunity to design and embed a meaningful learning and development framework across the wider TDX business. You’ll work closely with operational leaders and partner with the General Manager – People & Safety to deliver HR initiatives that add real value.
Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day HR support and advice to managers on performance management, investigations, disciplinary processes, employment relations, documentation, and general people matters
Oversee all HR administration relating to onboarding, offboarding, and contractual changes
In partnership with the General Manager, design and implement a learning and development framework aligned to business priorities
Support the development of individual development plans across the business and design and deliver learning programs in collaboration with internal subject matter experts and external providers
Requirements:
Proven experience in a generalist HR or HR Business Partner role
Strong working knowledge of NZ employment legislation
Experience supporting ER matters, performance processes, and organisational change
A practical, solutions-focused approach with strong communication skills
Experience or strong interest in learning and development design and delivery
Confidence working with HR systems, data, and reporting
