HR Business Partner

• Build trusted relationships with managers and employees
• Provide expert HR consultation to align divisional strategies with HR objectives
• Manage the full employee lifecycle (talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, training, employee relations and industrial relations - union dealings)
• Support employee wellbeing and manage change processes
• Champion our organisation's values and behaviors
• Implement people strategy initiatives
• Manage Work Cover claims, Injury Management and Return to Work

• Experience in a similar HR Business Partner role in a mixed workforce ideally in similar industry transport and logistics and unionised environment with exposure to Enterprise Agreements (EAs)
• Tertiary and/or higher education qualification (certificate/diploma minimum) in HR or related field
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and workplace law
• Ideally you have a driver’s license for travel to other sites in NSW
