Job Responsibility:
Strategic Partnership
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and change management
Translate business priorities into actionable, people-focused strategies
Serve as a bridge between leadership and the People & Talent function
Talent Management & Development
Drive performance management processes, including goal setting and ongoing check-ins
Identify high-potential talent and support succession planning efforts
Partner with leaders to address skill gaps and foster career development
Employee Relations
Provide thoughtful, timely guidance on employee relations matters
Foster a culture rooted in trust, transparency, and inclusion
Proactively identify and address engagement or team dynamic risks
Organizational Effectiveness
Support leaders through change, growth, and team evolution
Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working
Leverage people data to inform decisions around hiring, retention, and team design
HR Programs & Compliance
Partner with HR Operations to ensure compliance across a multi-state workforce
Contribute to the development and refinement of HR policies and programs
Requirements:
5+ years of HR experience, including experience in an HRBP or senior HR generalist capacity
Background in professional services, agency, or technology environments preferred
Strong expertise in employee relations and multi-state HR practices
Proven ability to build credibility and influence mid-to-senior level leaders
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
Excellent communication skills and comfort navigating complex conversations
Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP preferred)
HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) are a plus
Nice to have:
Background in professional services, agency, or technology environments preferred
