Provide Support to Managers across all aspects of Human Resources, providing input into people issues and decisions and advising on employment legislation and application of HR policies, procedures and processes
Support the recruitment and selection process for the Company for areas of responsibility
Deliver HR section of Company Induction Process
Support the Managers with performance management issues
Support new Managers and provide coaching to help them develop people management skills
Support the Talent Management Review process, giving input into review of key Talent across the business and providing training and support to individuals as identified
Coordinate the collection and presentation of data to support third-party submissions and strategic HR reporting
Liaise with third party representatives, including union reps in relation to any employee representation, meetings etc
Support review of HR policies and procedures ensuring they reflect current Employment Law legislation and codes of practice
Ensure Compliance to all Company Policies and Procedures and relevant legislation, Health & Safety legislation
Requirements
Third Level Degree qualification in Human Resources or related field
Member of CIPD
Minimum of 5 years post grad experience working in a broad-based generalist / management role
Experience in hospitality or retail industry desirable
Experienced in leading disciplinary, grievance and investigation hearings
Experience with TUPE legislation
Experience dealing with representatives, including union reps
