Job Responsibility:

manage HR agenda for your assigned business area
support managers in motivating and developing their teams
collaborate on HR projects and process improvements
identify and develop talent within the organization
provide guidance on labor law and HR strategy
prepare reports and deliver HR-related training for managers
recruiting activities within assigned business area
data analysis and overviews
necessary admin tasks related to employment

Requirements:

proven experience in HR (preferably in a similar role)
knowledge of labor law and HR processes
strong communication skills and a proactive approach
ability to build partnerships with managers and employees
