This role is critical in aligning HR initiatives with long-term business objectives, driving talent strategies, and fostering organizational development. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring that people strategies support overall business growth and success.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
Drive talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development
Support organizational design and change management efforts to enhance efficiency and scalability
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) on compensation, benefits, learning, and employee engagement programs
Act as a coach and advisor to managers on performance management, employee relations, and team development
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (SHRM certification a plus)
Minimum 3 years in a strategic HR role (HRBP or similar), with proven experience in talent strategy and organizational development
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a focus on long-term business goals
