Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with an established organization in the Smyrna, GA area that is looking to add an HR Business Partner to their team. The HR Business Partner will support 125+ employees. This is a highly visible role focused on driving HR initiatives, supporting leaders, and contributing to a strong and evolving company culture.
Job Responsibility
Act as a strategic partner to leadership on employee relations and performance management matters
Support full employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, and offboarding
Administer and support benefits and leave of absence (LOA) processes
Provide guidance on HR policies, compliance, and best practices
Assist in driving a positive, evolving company culture
Serve as backup support for payroll (training provided)
Support or lead HR system initiatives, including integration efforts within ADP Workforce Now
Requirements
Experience as an HR Business Partner or Sr HR Generalist in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (strongly preferred)
Strong employee relations and performance management background
Knowledge of benefits, LOA, and compliance
Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
