Job Responsibility
Strategic Advisory: Partner with managers and executives to align people strategies with broader business objectives
Coaching Leaders: Partner with managers and executives to provide proactive guidance on talent, capability, and performance management
Managing ER: Lead the resolution of sensitive employee relations matters, including misconduct, grievances, and workplace investigations
Workforce Design: Support business units with structural planning, skills gap analyses, and the implementation of change strategies
Project Delivery: Collaborate on core HR initiatives to develop, implement, and evaluate contemporary policies and best-practice programs
Data-Driven Advice: Interpret workforce insights and HR metrics to deliver practical recommendations
Requirements
Strategic Partnering: Experience working with senior stakeholders to align people strategies with business objectives
ER Management: Experience resolving sensitive employee relations matters, including misconduct, grievances, and investigations
Change & Workforce Planning: Demonstrated ability to support structural design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives
Technical Expertise: Strong capability to interpret and apply employment legislation, industrial awards, and organizational policies
