Job Responsibility

  • Strategic Advisory: Partner with managers and executives to align people strategies with broader business objectives
  • Coaching Leaders: Partner with managers and executives to provide proactive guidance on talent, capability, and performance management
  • Managing ER: Lead the resolution of sensitive employee relations matters, including misconduct, grievances, and workplace investigations
  • Workforce Design: Support business units with structural planning, skills gap analyses, and the implementation of change strategies
  • Project Delivery: Collaborate on core HR initiatives to develop, implement, and evaluate contemporary policies and best-practice programs
