HR Business Partner (Part-Time) role for Croydex, a leading designer and manufacturer of innovative bathroom accessories, part of the Norcros Group. The role involves acting as a trusted HR advisor, leading employee relations, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring HR policies are applied consistently.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees across all core people matters
Lead employee relations activity including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and absence cases
Support managers with sickness absence management, return-to-work processes and occupational health referrals
Partner with hiring managers on recruitment activity, onboarding and induction
Coordinate and support a consistent, positive onboarding experience for new starters
Act as system owner for HR platforms, supporting managers and employees with holiday, absence and record-keeping
Liaise with the wider Norcros Group on HR systems, policy updates and process improvements
Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and compliantly
Contribute to making Croydex a great place to work, aligned with Norcros values and behaviours
Requirements:
CIPD qualified with strong employee relations experience
Proven background in a hands-on HR advisory or HR Business Partner role
Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is essential
Confident influencing and coaching managers at all levels
Highly organised, pragmatic and solutions-focused
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience using HR systems
ADP experience is desirable
