Looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP). This is a highly strategic role where you will serve as a primary liaison between Human Resources and various business units, aligning organizational objectives with effective people strategies and acting as a champion for employee success.
Job Responsibility
Strategic Alignment: Partner with line management to analyze trends and metrics, developing targeted HR solutions, programs, and policies
Advisory & Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations
Performance Management: Provide day-to-day guidance to leadership on coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions
Talent Retention: Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Program Implementation: Roll out corporate HR initiatives at the business-unit level, ensuring smooth adoption and compliance
Requirements
Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field (CHRP/CHRL designation is highly preferred)
Minimum of five years of progressive HR experience, with at least two years operating in a strategic HR Business Partner capacity
Comprehensive understanding of Ontario employment law and modern HR best practices for resolving complex workplace issues
Proven expertise in navigating and utilizing HRIS platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite for data-driven decision-making
