Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with leadership to identify HR needs and develop strategic solutions
Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes
Implement and continuously improve HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance employee engagement and retention
Analyze HR data and metrics to recommend best practices and drive business results
Lead change management efforts and support company culture initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
HR certification preferred
5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a business partner or consultative role
Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills
Ability to build influential relationships across all organizational levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proven experience in employee relations and performance management
Strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies
Familiarity with HR systems, including SuccessFactors, is preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships across the organization
Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism and confidentiality
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Nice to have:
Familiarity with HR systems, including SuccessFactors, is preferred
