Job Description

To partner with Technology Networks and IT business leaders, along with HR COEs in driving the strategic people agenda towards achieving sustainable, profitable business growth. Through HR thought leadership, we are responsible for building a culture and operating environment that is conducive to attracting, developing and retaining - the 'Best talent'.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with Technology Networks and IT business leaders, along with HR COEs in driving the strategic people agenda towards achieving sustainable, profitable business growth
  • Build a culture and operating environment conducive to attracting, developing and retaining the 'Best talent'
  • Partner with the Technology Leadership Team, and HR COEs to help drive HRBP strategies that engage people in delivering the organization’s vision
  • Play an active role in engaging people on sustainable business growth
  • Recognize and provide insights on business trends, barriers, risks and opportunities that may impact the business
  • Partner with COE to drive integrated talent management, development, compensation, and performance management strategies to build internal and external talent pipelines
  • Ensure a sustainable bench of growing and ready now talent for key positions for the Technology Networks and IT Business Units
  • Partner with COE to provide input into strategies and programs that allow the organization to attract and retain the best-in-class talent, and differentiate reward the high performers
  • Lead the execution of talent retention programmes

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Core HR Skill Areas: HR Planning & forecasting, Talent acquisition and development, OD & Change, Reward Management, Employee Relations
  • Proficiency in consulting, coaching, strategic solution development, facilitation and design, influencing skills
  • Previous experience in Business Partners is a plus
  • Knowledge of General and Basic Financial Analysis (budgeting)
  • Drives Innovative Business Improvements
  • Balances Immediate and Long‐Term Priorities

  • Develops and Inspires
