Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, required
5+ years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, required
Experience within professional services, staffing/recruiting, financial services, or similarly high-performance industries, strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR best practices across multiple states
Experience partnering directly with senior leadership and serving as a strategic HR advisor
Hands-on experience managing employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations
Experience overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, HR operations, and offboarding
Ability to support payroll and compensation-related changes, reporting, and HR systems administration
Comfortable operating in a highly KPI-driven, fast-moving, and evolving business environment
Strong communication, influencing, and coaching skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organization
