Our client, a mission driven nonprofit is seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to go permanent in Washington, D.C.
Job Responsibility
Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for a designated client group, providing strategic and operational support
Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, and team dynamics
Manage day-to-day HR inquiries and provide guidance on policies, processes, and programs
Coach leaders through performance issues, conflict resolution, and organizational challenges
Partner on organizational change initiatives, including communication and team stabilization efforts
Analyze people data, identify trends, and present insights and recommendations to leadership
Support HR projects and initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Assist with reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement of HR practices and processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
10+ years of HR business partnering, employee relations, or HR consulting experience
Strong experience coaching senior leaders through complex employee relations and performance matters
Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, strategic, and high-impact environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and sound judgment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and present HR data to drive decisions
