Job Description

We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our HR team, who will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, supporting leaders in organizational challenges, and promoting a positive corporate culture.

Job Responsibility

  • Support organizational change processes, such as restructurings or new tools implementation, ensuring a smooth transition
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business
  • Collect and analyze employee data and metrics, such as turnover rate and employee satisfaction
  • Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as retention, compensation and benefits
  • Utilize HR management systems to track employee development and career progression
  • Contribute to creating and sustaining a diverse and inclusive work environment through targeted initiatives and actions
  • Produce reports and analysis, and present the results to business leaders to enable informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, proactively addressing any risks
  • Analyze and track HR key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and recommend improvements

Requirements

  • Degree in Humanities, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in the role in structured environments
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with HR management systems, including tracking employee development and career progression
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills for tracking HR metrics and optimizing strategies
  • Proactivity, ability to manage priorities, negotiation skills, and the ability to partner with business functions
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to apply them effectively to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

Nice to have

  • master in Human Resources or similar certification
  • proficiency in Spanish
