We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a manufacturing team in Omaha, Nebraska. This high-impact role involves overseeing all human resources functions for an organization across multiple states. As a strategic partner to leadership, you will align HR initiatives with business objectives while managing daily operations to foster a collaborative and compliant workplace.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with leadership to align human resources strategies with organizational goals and growth plans
Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational structure
Serve as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations and risk mitigation
Oversee performance management processes, including reviews and employee development programs
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
Partner with finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing and data management
Develop and maintain HR metrics and reporting tools to support leadership decision-making
Lead employee relations initiatives, promoting a fair and inclusive workplace culture
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, and compliance
Proficiency with HRIS systems and data management tools
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement recruiting strategies for specialized roles
Comprehensive knowledge of benefits administration and compensation practices
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with leadership and employees
Proven ability to manage multi-state HR operations and navigate complex labor laws
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
