Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a manufacturing team in Omaha, Nebraska. This high-impact role involves overseeing all human resources functions for an organization across multiple states. As a strategic partner to leadership, you will align HR initiatives with business objectives while managing daily operations to foster a collaborative and compliant workplace.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with leadership to align human resources strategies with organizational goals and growth plans
  • Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational structure
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations and risk mitigation
  • Oversee performance management processes, including reviews and employee development programs
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
  • Partner with finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing and data management
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and reporting tools to support leadership decision-making

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, and compliance
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and data management tools
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement recruiting strategies for specialized roles
  • Comprehensive knowledge of benefits administration and compensation practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with leadership and employees
  • Proven ability to manage multi-state HR operations and navigate complex labor laws
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
