We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team supporting our Jaguar Land Rover division covering a national remit. As the 4th largest Motor retailer in the UK with over 193 retail sales outlets UK wide, this vacancy represents a superb opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our highly commercial and agile HR team working within a large growing PLC.
Job Responsibility:
Drive the delivery of the Groups HR strategy within the Jaguar Land Rover division
Provide risk based and commercially focused advice
Facilitate transformational and organisational change
Manage business acquisitions, TUPE transfers, remunerations schemes, colleague stability, harmonisation exercises, talent development, colleague engagement and change management projects
Work in partnership with established central HR functions including Employee Relations, Recruitment, Training, Reward and Benefit
Undertake notable business travel to influence management and guide and support dealership management teams in all people related matters
Requirements:
CIPD qualified (or working towards)
Strong foundation in Employee Relations
IT Literacy including Microsoft packages
Numeracy and Literacy Skills
Attention to Detail and Accuracy
Require strong planning and organising skills
A valid UK driving license
Nice to have:
Experience delivering a wide range of HR advice and support
Experience of coaching managers through change on a regular basis
