As an HR Business Partner, you will be part of the HR Business Partner team within Sevenum. This team consists of three people and works closely with our absenteeism specialist, HR Solutions- and Recruitment team on location. Together with your direct colleagues, you will act as an advisor and first point of contact regarding a variety of challenges for employees in our warehouse.
Job Responsibility:
Guide and inform managers and supervisors on relevant processes and policies, problem analysis, corrective actions, employee relations
Manage and provide advice and guidance to individuals, managers, and the business regarding performance management and career development
Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on benefits and administration in the areas of holiday and absence, parental rights, illness
Coordinate training programs, personal development plans, and employee performance reviews
Participate in HR projects
Requirements:
HBO (Bachelor level or higher)
Fluent in Dutch and English (speaking, reading, writing)
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Process and result driven
Stress-resistant and able to set priorities
Problem-solving/judgment skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Nice to have:
Any other languages (specifically German)
